EBE NA GBẸN GIE FAILIMỌN

1 Paul, a prisoner for the sake of Christ Jesus, and Timothy our brother, to Phi·leʹmon our beloved fellow worker,

2 and to Apʹphi·a our sister, and to Ar·chipʹpus our fellow soldier, and to the congregation that is in your house:

2 kevbe Afia ne ọtẹn ima nokhuo, kevbe Akipọs ne ima gba re ivbiyokuo e Kristi, kẹ kevbe etẹn hia ni do iko vbe owa ruẹ:

3 May you have undeserved kindness and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

3 Te uwa gha miẹn ẹse ne kpataki kevbe ọfunmwegbe nọ ke obọ Osanobua ne Erha mwa kevbe Enọyaẹnmwa e Jesu Kristi rre.

4 I always thank my God when I mention you in my prayers,

4 E Failimọn ne ọtẹn mwẹ, ẹghẹ ke ẹghẹ ne I ya so eni ruẹ vbe erhunmwu, I ghi kpọnmwẹ Osanobua mwẹ,

5 as I keep hearing of your faith and the love that you have for the Lord Jesus and for all the holy ones.

5 rhunmwuda, ẹghẹ hia ẹre I ya họn wẹẹ, u mu ẹtin yan Enọyaẹnmwa e Jesu, erriọ ẹre u vbe ya hoẹmwẹ ọnrẹn kevbe emwa ni huanrẹn hia.

6 I pray that your sharing in the faith may move you to acknowledge every good thing that we have through Christ.

7 For I received much joy and comfort on hearing of your love, because the hearts of the holy ones have been refreshed through you, brother.

7 Ọtẹn mwẹ, vbe I ghi họn vbekpa ahoẹmwọmwa ne u mwẹ, ọyẹnmwẹ keghi sẹ mwẹ ẹsẹse, erriọ ẹre ọ vbe ya fu mwẹ ẹko rre rhunmwuda, emwi ne u ru wa rhie igiọdu ne emwa ni huanrẹn.

8 For this very reason, though I have great freeness of speech in connection with Christ to order you to do what is proper,

9 I would rather appeal to you on the basis of love, seeing that I am Paul an older man, yes, now also a prisoner for the sake of Christ Jesus.

9 sokpan, rhunmwuda ahoẹmwọmwa ne u mwẹ, I gha rinmwian ruẹ, ugbẹnvbe a miẹn wẹẹ imẹ ne Pọl vbe khian ọmaẹn nẹ, kevbe wẹẹ I rre eghan rhunmwuda e Kristi Jesu.

10 I am appealing to you for my child, whose father I became while in prison, O·nesʹi·mus.

10 Ẹmwẹ Onẹsimọs ne ovbi mwẹ, ẹre I khian rhunmwuda ẹre rinmwian ruẹ, rhunmwuda, te I ghi rhie ẹre zẹvbe ọmọ vbe I rre eghan.

11 He was formerly useless to you, but now he is useful to you and to me.

11 Ẹ i ka mwẹ esa nọ ye nuẹn, sokpan, vbe ẹghẹ na nian, te ọ ghi mwẹ iyobọ nọ ye ne imẹ vbe ruẹ.

12 I am sending him back to you, yes him, my very own heart.

12 I khian we nọ werriegbe bu ruẹ gha dee nian, vbene ẹmwata, I wa ya ekhọe hia hoẹmwẹ ọnrẹn.

13 I would like to keep him here for myself so that he might take your place in ministering to me during my imprisonment for the sake of the good news.

13 Ugbẹnvbe a miẹn wẹẹ, wẹ i gu mwẹ rre emwa nian, ọ gha te yẹẹ mwẹ nọ tota ke mwẹ mwa, ne irẹn gha ru iyobọ mẹ vbe uwu ẹghẹ ne I ya rre eghan rhunmwuda iyẹn nọ maan.

14 But I do not want to do anything without your consent, so that your good deed may be done, not under compulsion, but of your own free will.

14 Sokpan, I ma hoo ne I ru emwi rhọkpa vbene u ma na kue yọ, ne u mieke na ya ekhọe obọ ruẹ ru emwi nọ khẹke, nẹ ghẹ yevbe na miẹn wẹẹ, te a gbagbae yọ ruẹ egbe.

15 Perhaps this is really why he broke away for a short while, so that you may have him back forever,

15 Egbọre, ọna ẹre ọ si ẹre nọ na ka lẹẹ sẹ ruẹ rae vbe ovbi ẹghẹ kherhe, ne uwa eva mieke na dọlegbe gha rrọọ, vbene uwa i khian na ghi sẹ egbe rae.

16 no longer as a slave, but as more than a slave, as a brother who is beloved, especially so to me, but how much more so to you, both in the flesh and in the Lord.

16 Agharhemiẹn wẹẹ ọviẹn ruẹ khian ye gha nọ vbe ọ gha dọlegbe rre, ọ khẹke ne u rẹn wẹẹ ọtuẹn ghi vbe nọ. I hoẹmwẹ ọnrẹn ẹsẹsẹmwẹse, sokpan, wẹ tobọ ruẹ, ẹre ọ khian ghi kue hoẹmwẹ ọnrẹn sẹ rhunmwuda, te uwa khian ghi gba gha rrọọ nian, deba ọni, ọtẹn ne uwa gba ga Enọyaẹnmwa ghi vbe nọ.

17 So if you consider me a friend, receive him kindly the same way you would me.

17 Nọnaghiyerriọ, deghẹ ọse ruẹ ẹre I gele khin, lahọ ya ekhọe hia miẹn ọnrẹn yi, vbene u gha ya miẹn mwẹ yi.

18 Moreover, if he did you any wrong or owes you anything, charge it to my account.

18 Yevbesọni, deghẹ ọ mwẹ emwi nọ ru ruẹ re, ra deghẹ ọ mwẹ ruẹ osa rhọkpa, kae yọ mwẹ urhu.

19 I, Paul, am writing with my own hand: I will pay it back—not to mention that you owe me even your own self.

19 Mẹ ne Pọl ẹre ọ tobọ mwẹ gbẹn ẹmwẹ na: I gha ha ẹre werriegbe nuẹn, sokpan, a gha we na ghee ẹre, emwi ne uwẹ mwẹ imẹ re, sẹ ne Onẹsimọs mwẹ ruẹ re; ẹdagbọn uwẹ hia ẹre uwẹ mwẹ imẹ re.

20 Yes, brother, may I receive this assistance from you in connection with the Lord; refresh my heart in connection with Christ.

20 Lahọ ọtẹn mwẹ, ru iyobọ na mẹ rhunmwuda Enọyaẹnmwa; ru emwi nọ gha mu mwẹ orhiọn sotọ rhunmwuda e Kristi.

21 I am confident that you will comply, so I am writing you, knowing that you will do even more than what I say.

21 Te I gbẹn ebe na guẹ rhunmwuda, I wa rẹn wẹẹ, u gha ru vbene I khare, uhiẹn, u gha kue ru enọ sẹ ọni.

22 But along with that, also prepare a place for me to stay, for I am hoping that through your prayers I will be given back to you.

22 Deba ọni, mwamwa eke ne I khian dia vbe I gha rre, rhunmwuda, I ya aro yọ wẹẹ, a gha fan mwẹ vbe eghan rhunmwuda erhunmwu ne uwa na mẹ, ẹghẹ nii, I ghi do miẹn uwa.

23 Sending you greetings is Epʹa·phras, my fellow captive in union with Christ Jesus,

24 also Mark, Ar·is·tarʹchus, Deʹmas, and Luke, my fellow workers.

25 The undeserved kindness of the Lord Jesus Christ be with the spirit you show.
